Here's a few answers to popular questions, in case you need:

That trip is operated by USA tour operator who are all brothers in the USA, and very experienced; with an office staff of 6. We worked with them on the Israel tours a few years ago, but are not acting as travel agents. This trip will have brothers from around the world on it, but a significant number of UK brothers also.

Its much cheaper to book your own flights, as far as I can see, but you would not have the 'Meet & Greet' that BCT provide. You may need to do it nearer the time, but list as "Land Only" now, listed at the bottom of the options on the booking pages. You can choose either to 'Pay Later', or send a deposit now.

You need to arrive anytime that first day (now Sat 23rd Sept 2017), at Newark EWR airport (hotel check-in normally 2-8pm). Transfers to the hotels are all free, and very easy. I think its a large-roomed Marriott hotel, if its same as the one we stayed in last time.

Polly & I are flying (hopefully) from NCL (Newcastle); we have our own insurance. Other brothers currently plan to fly from Manchester, also London Heathrow. Note that we are listed as a "Trip Partner" (it says "BetheltoursUK") - or you can put into the "Special Requests" box that you want to travel with D & P House (BetheltoursUK) so we can share as much travel and info as possible from the UK.

Polly & I have 2 extra nights at the newark hotel, at end of trip; we are likely to go into Manhattan, also spend an easy day near the hotel on one day (there's a massive shopping mall with dozens of restaurants near the hotel; also a cinema and big bus station with cheap rides).

Where are you based? We'll make our own note, so we can help if needed.

So far there are at least 37 from the UK in various stages of booking, for that same trip; and BCT say that 2 out of 4 coaches are already full.

If you have extra 3 or more days, you may want to consider a hotel in Manhattan (as the journey every day from Newark is a bit tedious; we did it a few years ago for 5 days). For answers to most questions, see
